Chiropractic just makes you feel so much better. When I walk out of the clinic, I feel like I’m about three inches taller and everything’s in place. And as long as i see the chiropractor, I feel like I’m one step ahead of the game.

Stress and YOUR Spine

With the busy and hectic lifestyles we all tend to live, our bodies are exposed to more and more stress.

These stresses come from a wide range of areas but all fall under one of three categories, namely physical, emotional, and chemical stress. Some of these are from positive stresses such as exercise and getting excited about your child’s first steps. Others are negative such as bad posture or processed foods.

This high level of stress makes it difficult for our body to function at its optimal level. The poor function can manifest as nerve interference, through Vertebral Dysfunction. Nerve interference causes the communication from the brain to the body and from the body back to the brain to become inefficient or “fuzzy”.

This “fuzzy” communication works similar to a low dimmer switch on a light or poor cell phone connection. You can get the job done but you are missing something in the process.

How nerve interference is experienced is different for everyone. Some people develop pain or tension in their low back, upper back or neck. Some people experience headaches. Others feel drained, fatigued or just plain “blah”.

A specific chiropractic examination not only will identify the cause of the pain but will identify the specific dysfunction or causal factor that results as a consequence of nerve interference.
